Who We Are

Tom O’Halloran ( Founder) has been working on Chinese manufacturing projects since 1998 and has been living in China on a permanent basis since 2002. His local Chinese team have many years experience in supplier management, logistics, product sourcing, quality assurance and purchasing. Although Tom’s background is in engineering and high volume manufacture, since 2005, he has expanded his expertise to include sourcing and logistics. Since then, the company has expanded its client base and completed hundreds of sourcing projects for clients in multiple industries.
